We would like to inform you that Unibet today announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Bet24’s operations. Unibet is one of the largest gambling operators in the European market. It has over 6 million customers in over 100 countries, and provides services in over 27 languages.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2012. Unibet has confirmed that it intends to integrate the Bet24 business into its existing operations by re-branding Bet24’s products and services and migrating Bet24’s customers to its own platform.

In the longer term, the transaction will mean that the service to you, our customer, will improve even further, and that you will have access to an improved number of products and an expanded and exciting offering.

Please be assured that you as a customer do not have to do anything. Your account, purse, details and personal data continue to be safe and protected, and there will be no interruption to the Bet24 service or product offering.

At Bet24, we continue to focus on our commitment to providing you, our customer, with a great and exciting gaming offering.
