Dear Player,

It is with great disappointment that 360PKR would like to announce the embarrassment at the cash-out delays currently being experienced on the Everleaf Network.

As you know, the Everleaf Network handles all the money transactions from deposits to cash-outs. The cash-out transactions have been for the last months becoming slower and slower no matter what cash-out method is used.

We at 360PKR would like to air our frustration and can only apologise for these delays which we know are unacceptable for both players and affiliates.

We want to assure you that we are constantly chasing the Everleaf Network to pay the amounts due to all players ASAP although no communication is being acknowledged from the Everleaf Network side. But we will NOT stop chasing the Everleaf Network until a solution is found.

We would like to advise you that if you have any funds on the Everleaf Network to cash-out the money immediately, contact the LGA and file a complaint. We advise to follow these three steps:

Dear Players

It is with great frustration that Mintedpoker would like to publicly announce its embarrassment at the cash out delays currently being experienced on the Everleaf Gaming Network (ELG).

As most players will know Everleaf Gaming Limited, process all money transactions from deposits to cash outs across most partners of the network. The cash out transactions have for the past twelve months become slower and slower to a point where it is now taking up to six months to receive a cash out transaction, no matter what cash out method is used.

MintedPoker is extremely frustrated at this position and can only apologise for the excessive delays which we know our players and affiliates are finding unacceptable.

We have tried to work with ELG's management for several months to push the cash out delays along, in the past they have always managed to improve the situation however currently we feel it is unlikely a solution will be found.

Mintedpoker took the decision to remove all deposit options around 4 weeks ago to prevent players potentially losing more funds into the Everleaf Gaming Network. The management, COO and owner still remain unresponsive.

As they have not responded with any accurate time scale for over 4 months, we feel it necessary and in the best interests of players to advise them to cash out all funds from their player accounts, contact the LGA and file a complaint.

We recommend that all players using the Everleaf cashier should be following these three simple steps to enhance their chances of having their bankrolls repaid.

We will continue to work with anyone we can at Everleaf Gaming and will of course keep our players and affiliates informed with any changes to the current position.

Mintedpoker will in due course be leaving the network and requesting all player balances to be transferred. It is unclear if Everleaf Gaming Limited will cooperate with our request.

To our regret we would like to inform you that we feel obligated to cease operations of our Concord Gaming Skin on March 31st, 2013, due to the ongoing financial problems of the EVERLEAF Network.

Concord Gaming will assume any liability for the money currently on your account on the EVERLEAF Network. The skin of Concord Gaming will change to StarbetGaming.com and will continue on a new network.

You will have the opportunity until March 31st, 2013 to tell us whether your existing balance at Concord Gaming should be transferred to StarbetGaming, or whether you would like your existing balance to be transferred to your bank account. Please note, due to the administrative burdens and transfer fees, any bank transfer must be no less than 20€.

If you do not inform us of your decision, we will assume you would like your existing balance transferred to the StarbetGaming skin.

With the transfer, or in the case of the actual payment of your credit balance, you understand that you are accepting the payout from Concord Gaming and not from the Everleaf Network. Thus, you give your consent for this to be done.

Please respond to this E-mail placing your user ID and nickname as the subject or in the E-Mail itself.

We would like to thank you for your confidence that you have shown towards Concord Gaming. We deeply appreciate it.

Update on 360PKR

360PKR Management statement:

Like many other skins at the Everleaf network, the 360PKR management has issued an official warning to the network management.

360PKR will no longer accept deposits from date 19.01.2013!

Withdrawals are still possible alltho you will still need to have patience! We advice to keep your poker balance to a minimum!

Like Many skins we have our own funding and we guarantee all funds on, our players account upto a maximum of 100 Euro per person! If by any chance the network goes bust or any other reason we will pay out players via the bank!

To keep our players active we have decided to run extra freerolls & competitions funded by 360PKR directly!

360PKR will only accept new deposits when the network has paid all our players with pending cash & when they guarantee us that following payements will be carried out in a timely fashion!

If the situation does not change a move to another network is a possibility!

We would like to thank all our players for their patience & loyalty!

Hi all,

After some problems with cashing out and some things i heard i investigated the status for UTG and it's members for the Everleaf Network.

I heard that everleaf has some problems with paying back some things but so far it is still able to do that but with a lot of delay. This is because they need to pay back the banks and because a lot of players want there money after news that everleaf has no money.

Our main 2 sites that we promote on Everleaf have guaranteed their money.

Concord Gaming is looking to change to another network and this will solve the issue with everleaf for them. Because they had problems they disabled the deposit option on concord gaming. This site is under the Austrian Casino network so has a lot of money.

The other site is 360PKR. 360PKR advises the players not to keep to much money on the everleaf network, not more then 50 Euro and gives the guarantee to give back the money even if everleaf network goes bankrupt.

After this news we will still promote those 2 rooms.

For other rooms on the everleaf network we advise to work with precaution as you never know what will happen with your bankroll there.
